SECTION 1 - SHIPPING

Shipping destinations:

• We ship our product worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Average shipping time to United Kingdom  : 6-9 days
• Average shipping time to United States   : 7-12 days
• Average shipping time to Everywhere Else : 7-12  days

Shipping cost:

• We are now offering free shipping all over the world. Enjoy!
   

SECTION 2 - PAYMENTS

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
• We accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Note that all products and orders are charged in GDP. Additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than GBP.

 

SECTION 3 - RETURNS & REFUND

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund / free replacement.
• Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email betwentys@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items, and also the handling fees (if applicable)
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. 
  
  

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

How do I purchase your products online?

1. Select from the menu to start browsing our products.
2. Once you have selected the item – click "Add to Cart" button to add in your shopping cart and continue shopping or click "Buy it now" button to proceed with checkout / payment.
3. Review your items by clicking "Cart" on top of the webpage.
4. Click "Checkout" button to proceed with payment.

What if I have received a wrong item?

• Don’t panic! Please contact betwentys@gmail.com and we shall provide further assistance.  

Can I cancel the orders after purchase? 

• Customers could request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. Please kindly let us know via email : betwentys@gamil.com

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout? 

• We only accept one promo code per order transaction.
